Our Mission

More than an author.
A literacy ecosystem.

Grove Learning Group LLC was built on a belief that children’s books can change the trajectory of a child’s life, but only if they actually reach the right hands. That means publishing with intention, creating with purpose, and ensuring every book finds its reader.

Based in Stanislaus County, Sheressa Jackson founded Grove Learning Group LLC with one clear goal: make sure mission-driven children’s books actually reach the communities that need them most, not just the ones that can easily afford them.

From Title I classrooms to military family programs to public libraries, Grove Learning Group works directly with the educators, administrators, and organizations serving children across the Central Valley.

What Drives Us

Built on belief. Grounded in community.

Representation matters.

Every child deserves to see themselves in a story, dreaming big, navigating hard feelings, and being celebrated exactly as they are.

Community first.

Grove Learning Group was built in Stanislaus County, for Stanislaus County, with direct relationships in the schools, libraries, and neighborhoods we serve.

Access, not just availability.

Publishing a book is only the beginning. We work directly with Title I schools, military families, and underserved communities to make sure the right books reach the right hands.
