Signed copy orders placed directly through grovelearninggroup.com are fulfilled by Grove Learning Group LLC. By submitting a signed copy order form, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information and to complete payment via the selected method (Venmo, Cash App, or Apple Pay) upon receiving order confirmation. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. Grove Learning Group LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Institutional and bulk orders may be fulfilled under formal invoice terms, including Net-30 payment terms and purchase order acceptance, as agreed upon in writing prior to fulfillment. Invoices are due within the agreed payment period. Late payments may result in suspension of future order processing. We accept returns on physical books purchased directly through Grove Learning Group LLC within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided the book is in its original, unread condition. To initiate a return:
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including return shipping, at your preference.
Books purchased through Amazon KDP or IngramSpark are subject to those platforms' refund and return policies. Please contact the platform directly for assistance with those orders.
All digital products, including curriculum packs, activity guides, coloring packs, and parent guides sold through Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, and Gumroad, are non-refundable once downloaded. This is standard practice for digital educational materials. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Deposits paid to reserve a school visit are non-refundable if the event is cancelled by the school or organization within 14 days of the scheduled date. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a full deposit refund or credit toward a future booking.

This policy applies to physical book orders placed directly through Grove Learning Group LLC. Books purchased through Amazon KDP or IngramSpark are fulfilled and shipped by those platforms under their respective shipping policies.
Direct orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS and typically takes 5 to 10 business days after processing, depending on your location. For bulk orders from schools, libraries, districts, or grant programs, shipping timelines and costs will be discussed at the time of the order. We work directly with institutional buyers to accommodate specific delivery needs, including grant-eligible invoicing. Please contact us to discuss your order before purchasing.
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before your order is confirmed. Bulk orders may qualify for discounted or waived shipping depending on order size.
We do not currently offer international shipping on direct orders. International customers may purchase through Amazon KDP or IngramSpark, which support international fulfillment.

Curriculum packs, activity guides, coloring packs, and parent guides are delivered digitally via Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or Gumroad. No physical shipping applies to digital products. Downloads are available immediately upon purchase confirmation through those platforms.
